bin/reproducible_create_meta_pkg_sets.sh: Use Dpkg::Control parsing, dose-deb-coinstall and chdist
- use chdist to make sure to fetch the right architecture and suite
- use Dpkg::Control "one-liner" to properly parse a Packages file and
retrieve the source package name
- use dose-deb-coinstall to create a valid co-installation set of the
package selection
