reproducible debian: maintenance: drop --column-inserts from pg_dump, it makes restore unecessary painful
originally this was done to allow restore in a non-postgres db, but we actually have no use for it, and really restore is too slow with this option on Thanks: Faux for the suggestion Signed-off-by: Mattia Rizzolo <mattia@debian.org>
