* tests/m: test for NoDisplay=true behavious in .desktop and
.directory files.
* data/hidden.desktop,
data/hidden.directory: add.
* data/apps.directory: add Type=Directory.
* menutest: actually generate a test result if one doesn't
exist - makes it easier to write new tests.
