git-serve: Add support for setting keywords
This allows for setting keywords using the SSH interface. The syntax is `config <pkgbase> keywords <keyword1> <keyword2>...`. Implements FS#45627. Signed-off-by: Lukas Fleischer <lfleischer@archlinux.org>
